Project-based delivery models are designed to facilitate clients having low-risk tightly-controlled projects with well-defined project specifications. These delivery models do not necessitate knowledge retention between projects and therefore client relationship remains confined to the project lifetime.SingleSource offers two flavors of project based delivery model:

Dedicated Resources:

Dedicated Development Model enables the clients to use SingleSource facility (infrastructure and equipment) and resources as their own during the project lifetime. SingleSource reserves the required resources and dedicates the same to the client's project.SingleSource recommends this development model for the projects having following characteristics:

• The project scope is not defined
  
• There is a continuous requirement for a resource on a particular technology
  
• Clients are looking at long-term gains from offshore outsourcing

Product co-development:

SingleSource co-development delivery model offers best of technologies and extensive product development experience to the clients in confirmation with global delivery standards.
